Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Texas
Defendant's responses to my initial written discovery requests were 80% boilerplate objections. I responded with an MTC and the court has had the motion for 50 days. Should I submit my second set of discovery, which I've been holding, or wait first for the court to rule on the MTC? This case is in the 348th in Texas.

Send the court an Order Setting Hearing (for your motion to compel) and leave the date blank; ask them to set a hearing.
