Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Texas

deposition

I am resident of Texas, A lawyer from the state of Colorado wants to depose me. I am not a party in the action he is currently in litigation from. Am I LEGALLY obligated as a resident of Texas to accept being deposed from an attorney from Colorado
