Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Texas
dispostions prior to trial
a previous witness in a criminal case will now testify in civil case....Does the witness have to give the opposing counsel a deposition prior to trial? Or is it just acceptable to only talk at trial?

The witness has to give their deposition if ordered or served with a subpoena.

Don't hide your evidence is the best think I can tell someone who has made the unwise decision to represent themselves in a trial.
