Divorce and child custody

My son just moved to Tx 9 July 07.

His wife went several wks later. she advised him the infant she just had was not his. He wants a divorce and wants custody of the two girls . She has left Tx to goto Wa. with the childred How can he get them back and then divorce her in Tx. Also change parentage of the new born infant.

Your son needs a consult with a family law attorney close to where he lives as soon as possible.

A Washington attorney can't do a divorce in Texas. She can't leave with the kids over his objections. If he wants a divorce in TX, he should retain counsel there.

If she files here, he needs an attorney here. These are not self-help issues.
