Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Texas

Divorce

What Can I Do when ex-spouse is lying to the court & his own Attorney reguarding my personal belonging's he has in his posession at our old home, he is saying he doesn't have any of my property. When he has my property at the house. He has 10 Louis Vuitton, & 6 Dooney & Burke, plus the belt's scarves & shoes/boots to match of which all belong to me and my one Rolex and other jewelry that is sentimental, I have had years before even knowing him. How can he get by with this and what can I do, take him to court again after the divorce ? Thank You,
