Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Texas
Document Production Responsibility
Please see if you can find a rule or law that makes an attorney responsible for producing exhibits in the Southern District Texas court. And for how long, etc. (is there a time limit as to how long they have to keep the documents available).

Re: Document Production Responsibility
There's no specific rule that does what you ask. There are sanctions for failure to produce, and they are against the party rather than the attorney. Either the originals are provided for copying, or copies are provided.
