Electrical Companies in Texas
Is it legal for electrical companies in Texas to cut off your electricity during the brutally hot summer we have to endure? I owed TXU electricity some money but I never received notification of the turnoff of my electricity. I awoke one morning in the dark without air. To make matters worse I have a 4 month old baby living in my house along with 15 and 17 year old daughters. Is this legal? If it isn't, what can I do about it?
