My Ex-Botfriend Ran a Cellphone Bill up in my name what should I do?

Well My ex and I had a Verbal agreement that if I got him a cell phone and added him on to my plan he agreed to pay his bill and I would pay mine well now he owes $2,000 dollars and my credit is starting to go down the drain what should I do

Take him off your plan immediately, demand in writing that he pay his portion of the bill, and sue him in Small Claims if he refuses to do so.
