Ex-wife destroying my credit
Ex-wife awarded house and car on Sept. 05. Prior to divorce my credit was great! Great enough to purchase a house and two cars at low APRs. Ex-wife was late on house (60 Days) in Mar & Apr 06. Late on car as well. I was not aware of this until Jun/Jul 06. Now she is late again on house and this has ruined my credit score. Can I take legal action against her and seize house for ruining my credit? I have a Deed to assume on file with courts.

Not in my opinion, go to your divorce lawyer for advice on modifications and controlling the credit problems..there is a way...
