filed a claim for dead uncles in class action lawsuit
i filed a claim for my uncles in a class action lawsuit. no other family member would file the claim. if my uncles are awarded any monies. who receives the money. i thought i was the voice of these two uncles, because i filed the claim. the claim was accepted and an award letter was sent and now the children of one of the uncles think they should receive the money.the wife of the other uncle think she should get the money.but i think i should receive it because if i had not filed the claims their would be money

The moneys will go to your uncles' estates. Then the money will pass to the proper heirs.
You have done your relatives a nice favor, and you will get your reward in heaven, if they don't split the money with you. But you're not legally entitled to anything, and without proper legal authority to act on any uncle's behalf, you may have broken a number of laws.
