I would suggest you go to your local Justice of the Peace court and file suit. The clerk will give you all the forms you need for filing suit. If you can prove your case by yourself, just have the case set for trial. At trial, you can tell the judge your story and if the judge agrees with you, he will award you a judgment. You may wish to consult with an attorney for an hour of so to verify that your claim if one you can prove up yourself and for more details on how to prove your case at trial.
