Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Texas
Can someone get fired purely off hearsay from job nor can they work you without a break also there is no clock in time sheet only a question as to what time did I come in and I never signed anything accept the application so was that an illegal hire due to me not receiving a full hitting procedure now the states I cannot receive a check due to their faulty mishandling of proper paperwork

Unless you have a written employment contract, and/or unless there's a personnel manual that spells out your rights (progressive discipline or some such), your employer can fire you for any reason or for no reason at all.
If they owe you a paycheck and refuse to pay you, you should contact the Texas Workforce Commission:
