Golfball through Window

Is the golfer legally responsible for paying for a window he hits his golfball through? Is the golf course he is playing on legally responsible to assit in getting his name?

Re: Golfball through Window

The golfer is liable if he deliberately drove his ball through the window. If accidental, probably not since the owner of the window knew of the hazards when they built by the golfcourse.
