Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Texas

i have never haad an account with direct tv, but i let a friend pay their bill with my debit card one month. later when this person moved and left owing money to direct tv, they took $485.97 out of MY accoount. apparently they kept my info on file.... is this legal? they will not refund it to my account

In my opinion it is not legal...but it costs $100 to file in JP Court...so talk to a local lawyer for help..also, your debit card issuer may succeed in getting the money back.
