Hit and Run

I was driving my boyfriend's car when I was hit by another driver. The other person did not stop and when I chased them they stopped and jumped out of the car.. Turns out the car was stolen from a car lot. I went to the police station but pictures they showed me are not of the person who was in the other car. Can I take action aganist the car dealership would they have insurance for this kind of thing?

Yes. Contact an attorney in your area or you could submit the claim on your insurance and they would proceed to attempt to recover from the insurance company of the used car lot.
