What is the law that gives livestock the right of way on farm and county roads, which would make a person at fault for hitting and killing a horse on a farm or county road?

On the contrary, there are laws that will hold owners of livestock liable for injuries that result from automobile collisions with unattended livestocks that run loose. Check your home owners'insurance policy.
