Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Texas
My husband is deceased. He had life insurance with his daughter as beneficiary in case something happened to both of us. She got the ins check. Am I entitled to any part of it since all the debts were left to me.

No. The designated beneficiary on a life insurance policy receives the policy - period.
