Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Texas

Is it illegal in the State of Texas to post videos of my wife and me having sex if we are separated and not speaking to each other? We're still married, just neither of us have filed for the divorce...but I do have possession of the videos and she did know they were being made. So would posting nude, sexual videos online be illegal? Open to a civil case?

This is not a good idea. There could be a violation of criminal law.

Also your wife could file a civil claim against you.

Finally, if there is a divorce, your posting these videos could be used against you.
