Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Texas
Is it illegal to yell / talk stearnly (matter of interpretation) to someone else's child if they have done something wrong on your property and is now lying about it? If its not illegal can you site a reference source for us to refer too.

I consider it my God-given right to yell at any child who's present on my property.
However, depending on the circumstances, such conduct could constitute terroristic threat or even assault.
The real question would be whether or not the police would even be interested in taking the complaint if they were contacted about it. My guess is that they're too busy with real crimes.
