Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Texas

internet video

I have recently been notified that I am posted on several internet sights performing sexual acts. However, I did not give my consent to any person, business, entity, or websight to use this video. Furthermore, the video is electronically available only in my personal email account and I am unaware of how or who obtained this personal information. I would like to know what I could legally do about either getting this video taken off these websights, or being compensated for the rights to the video? Again, I gave no persons authority to use this personal video of myself.

Thank You

Re: internet video

When did you find out about this? What websites were they? Were they pay websites? Did you distribute this video?
