Joint Car Ownership

My exfiance and I have joint ownership on my car. We've been apart for 3 years and he's shown no interest in the car; however, he will not sign it over to me. I'm just wondering if it is worth it to try to get it from him.

Based on what you have written, the applicability of obtaining a clear and free title from your ex will be completely up to you. You might want to consider if there is any financing agreements remaining on the car and if the value of the vehicle is worth the time and funds to obtain a clear and free title.
