what can be done if a judge has sealed a case or expungment has been ordered and approved by a judge and an employer pass information to an attorney and the attorney makes the information public knowledge.

It was either an expunction (which clears all records) or nondisclosure (which seals only local records - the records are still available through the FBI and to many agencies.)
There is probably not much that can be done, especially if it was a sealed record because it is truthful - not slander or libel.
