Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Texas

What can a second jury hear the first jury's decision?

If a case has been up on appeal on four issues and has been upheld on three, but is being sent back for a new trial on the 4th issue - can the second jury in the new trial hear the first jury's decision, or will it be considered ''not relevat, confusing, or misleading'' - evidence rule 403?

The first jury's decision is not relevant, since that is what's being sent back for retrial. It will be limine'd out.
