Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Texas

lawn mower?

I was mowing my yard with a mulching mower. I hit a small rock, and it hit my neighbors truck. It left a pretty good dent in his drivers side door.I policed the area before I started mowing, and removed any debris that I could see. Am I responsible for the damages?
