Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Texas
Ligation
Are my IRAs/annuity accounts exempt from litigation? I was in a severe headon car accident and the party in the other vehicle died. The family might sue and I need to know what is exempt from litigation.

You would be wise to visit an estate attorney for asset protection even if you are not sued..it would be prudent..

Litigation is a lawsuit. Your insurance company should at least provide a defense.
Your IRAs and annuity accounts are exempt from judgment.
