Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Texas

Livestock in residential area

A disgruntled neighbor placed pigs on his property that are less than 50 feet from my back porch and directly in contact with my back yard. I'm unable to

enjoy my back yard due to the odor. We are outside

city limits but this man has several other acres he

could use. This is deliberate.

Re: Livestock in residential area

A pig farm is a classic example of an abateable nuisance.

Suit must be filed requesting an injunction to prevent him from placing pigs in such a situation as to interfere with your quiet and peaceful enjoyment of your property.

Check with a local personal injury attorney for further information, or Email us for more particulars.
