If you can not pay a judgement can the court take
away your driver's License

Yes, for all of the reasons Mr. Bradie lists in his answer, and also, if the judgment was against you for operation of a motor vehicle, your license can be suspended for 2 years. The only way to avoid this is to reach a payout agreement with the judgment creditor or file bankruptcy and discharge the debt.

Not as a general rule. But if it's a judgment for child support, or unpaid student loans, or other moneys guaranteed by the government, they can take away any license you have including a driver's license.
