Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Texas

If I market, label, advertise and sell a "Varmint Proof" product, does it have to be 100% varmint proof, or can it be reasonably varmint proof like 99% or so? My product might actually be 100% varmint proof, but I know "proofing" is easier said than done and I really don't want to get in trouble down the road but I would like to take advantage of this feature if possible.

I would recommend not saying it is "Varmint Proof". Instead, perhaps "Varmint Resistant".
