Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Texas

Misinformed on food content

I have no idea what area of law my question pertains to, but my question concerns a restaurant. I have been visiting one location for several years, and asked specificly if their food contained animal products or bi-products and was told ''no.'' When a new location opened, I asked then to double check (in case it was a franchise and used other ingredients), and was told ''no.'' I was informed yesterday by the restaurant, voluntarily by a manager that noticed my order, that they do use pork. I have been vegetarian for 13 years, and it is against my beliefs to eat any meat product. I made sure to check multiple time. I just feel betrayed--like my belief was not taken seriosuly. Is there anything I can do?
