money is obtained by fraud
If money is obtained by fraud and used to pay an attorney, can any action be taken against the attorney?

No. If the attorney knew that the money was obtained by fraud, a grievance may be filed against the attorney for ethical violations if allowed under the state bar laws of the state where the attorney practices.
