Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Texas

Need Motion and Order for Extension Form

I need the above form to submit to the Court to request an extension to a Plaintiff's Motion For Summary judgement. I am working in Florida and the hearing is in Texas. I cannot be there and I have not been able to get a local lawyer.

These forms can be purchased online or are available at the local law library. Attorneys are ethically prohibited from providing blank legal forms on public request.
