Municipal court demands clear junk
City hall has fined me $248 for ''public nuisance, junk vehicles.'' I have vehicles not registered on my
property and some scrap iron. These things help me
get some income as I am disabled. Do I have any rights to keep all my ''junk''.

You may be violating municipal codes by keeping these items in your yard. You may also be violating city ordinances by operating a business from your home if the area is zoned for residential only.
