murdered beneficiary

A man has a retirement fund/account,

he names his wife the beneficiary, he

murders her and then kills himself.

Are the heirs of the murdered

beneficiary entitled to the retirement

account?

Perhaps...but it will be difficult if there are heirs of the murderer making claims...visit a good lawyer with ALL the facts...
