Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Texas
''Obiligations for Repayment''
My Ex-girlfriend brought a pickup and I gave her my car to use as a trade in. I still owed on the car. I've been making the payments for the past 6 months. We've since broken up. I want to keep the truck and have agreed to keep making payments even thought it's in her name. She has come up with a so called agreement, which basiclly says she can do whatever she wants, whenever she want with the pickup and that I still have to pay ''her''. My name is not on the loan anywhere. She's making my life a living hell and I just want her to leave me alone. No contact but she continues to call and text message and show up whenever she wants. I'm trying to move on. What's my best option her? Give her the truck back and make arrangements to pay the amount rolled over or what.

Re: ''Obiligations for Repayment''
The title to the truck is in her name. It's her truck and she can get it back any time she wants. You're on the hook for your car payments, but not the truck payments.
Give her the truck, and she'll be responsible for the payments if she doesn't want it repossessed. If you keep paying for it, you'll be giving her a free truck.
