Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Texas

Want to obtain partial child support payments made in the past from father to mo

My parents divorced in the mid 90's. Strictly with regards to me, my father made child support payments on me (there were other children, however) till I graduated high school in 1997. My mother and step-father showed preferential treatment towards my sisters by helping them pay for college, puchasing their cars, etc. However, I was offered no assistance. Instead, they chose to upgrade their standard of living, purchase ''toys'', and expand the family by choosing to have another baby. It was my contention this was done out of malice towards me, and definitely shows preferential treatment and improper use of the child support payments made in my name. I am curious as to whether I can sue my mother and stepfather for a partial amount of the total sum paid to them in my name by my father.
