I need to know how to obtain power of attorney? My father is disabled, going blind and needs help in his situation.

If your father is mentally disabled he may not have the capacity to sign a power of attorney.

If he is physically disabled, he can sign a power of attorney. You need to see an attorney to get this done. The process is not expensive. Some lawyers will also do a simple will and a medical power of attorney as well.
