Take to a competent repair shop..get a price and ask the Oil Change people to pay for repair and loss of use..ie the cost of a rent car for time lost. But if not paid, you can file pro se..ie yourself with the local Justice of the Peace..cost about $100....but first talk to the oil change people to see if they will do it..which I presume u have before seeking legal help

1. Get your car fixed.

2. Send a copy of the repair bill to the people who left the rag in the engine (mail it by certified mail). Ask them to reimburse you. Give them a time limit (say 20 days).

3. When they don't reimburse you, sue them.
