Personal vs. Corporate Liability
A corporation of which i am president has been sued. the obligation to pay, if any, is clearly a corporate liablilty. even so, suit has been brought against me personally. how do i get myself removed from the suit? i do not own any interest in the corporation.

Get a lawyer. The petition should show why you're named as a party to the lawsuit. If it's incorrect, your attorney should be able to get you removed.

I agree with Mr. Bradie. Get a lawyer. He should file a Motion to Dismiss or, better yet, request judgment on your behalf
