how do i go about persueing a "Non-consensual Microchip implant case?

As an Attorney with an Engineering background who does some Patent work, I felt compelled to respond to this question. First, if the technology you seem to be asserting exists inside of you, please remove it, decode it and file a Patent on it since you would make millions and millions. RFID/microchips with that range or battery life would win the Noble prize for science if they existed. To get a detection, would require the detection device is a few inches away all the time and the battery would last maybe a day or so on such an active device. As such, I would really suggest that you exhaust the research to convince your self if such a futuristic device exists now. If they did, you could sell it for millions. Then if the device does not exist, please seek some counseling.... .
