Is using my picture from my website on another illegal?
I have a photo on my yahoo profile. And now I have seen it taken and placed on websites to badmouth me. My question is basicly is it illegal for them to take my picture like that and use it at will to slander my name?

It's illegal to use someone's photo without their permission. If you have the time and money, hire an attorney. That litigation is potentially very expensive.

It is probably unlawful for them to take your image and publish it on their website without your permission. It is unlawful for one person to intentionally defame another. However, an attorney would have to review the website to determine if whatwas said was actually defamatory.
