Power of Attorney
We are searching to see if there are any laws protecting the military when abuse of a POA has been commited while deployed whether from a spouse or any other, we know there are protecting the elderly.

There are no specific laws like that. However, the holder of a POA has a fiduciary duty to the maker, and that's the highest duty of proper dealings. There are civil actions available for that breach, and possible criminal actions; depending on what's been done.
