I received a knock at my door. A lawyer in Wichita Falls, Texas had read about the Cemetery and stated he would like to work for the family. This lawyer attempted to worked on this case for months. On the days that trial were set, he would put it off without informing the family. After three years the family found out that he had made arragement with the defendant to take over the cemetery and form a corporation with him being the registered agent of this corporation. the family was not aware of this until later.
