property damages

Individual ran thru our fence.

Auto left overnight and highway

patrol showed up nex morning.

We rec'd call from their ins.

copy for damage estimate to fence. We repaired fence.

Can our labor be compensated for.

Texas law usually doesn't compensate you for your labor. However, if you have a fair estimate of the cost of repair, the insuror may pay you that.
