Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Texas
We purchased a dog from a breeder and the dog was sick. The breeder would not take the dog back so we took the breeder to cour and won. The breeder would not pay so we put a lien on her property. What is the next step since she has not intention of paying what is owed to us by virtue of the court ruling against her.

The next step is to try to collect the judgment.
And you really need a lawyer for this.
But you can start by getting the clerk to issue a writ of execution, and delivering it to the sheriff (no lawyer needed for this).
If that's unsuccessful (and it probably will be), you can garnish his bank account, if you know where he banks, and you know that there's money in the account.
You can even ask the court to appoint a receiver. You need a lawyer for this.
