Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Texas
I purchased a 4k English bulldog from petsmart. This dog died this morning due to complications of being inbread. I have all original documentation stating she wasn't including a family tree. I also have the vets documentation stating she was in read as well. I was wondering if there is a way to sue them for at least the Vet cost, and costs of the dog.

I'm sorry you lost your dog. I just lost my 11 year old Siamese.
You may be able to sue for breach of the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act or for breach of an implied warranty if you did not waive your right to do so in your agreement with Petsmart. The problem is that the damages aren't high and your attorney fees might outweigh that.
Another option is to contact Petsmart with the letter from the vet, the vet bill, a copy of the family tree and documentation of the amount paid to Petsmart and ask them to refund your money.
