Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Texas

i have been raising my grand daughter for 4 years ,her mom left her w/nothing i did it all cloths holidays medical every thing,i did not go to court ,the other day she came n got her w/ the police ,she has custodal rights ,today i was going threw papers and found a paper from the attorney general where i filed child support ,later droped it but the paper list her as non custodal parent .does that over ride her papers ?

You should take the order (the one from the Attorney General) to a good family lawyer as soon as possible. This order, and what it says, could be very important.
