Releasing my Attorney

Is there a form to release my lawyer from his services so that I can retain another? If so, where can I find it?

There's no particular form. A letter saying, "Dear Attorney, you're fired." would be sufficient. But make sure you read your contract with the attorney before you pull the plug, since you may be liable for fees or a percentage of recovery even if other counsel handles the matter.
