Resignation letter
Can this statement: ''The deterioration of integrity of some leaders has burdened me and I wish to separate myself from these displays of self-centeredness, manipulating, power-tripping and other discouraging behaviors.'' be labelled as Libel?

Hard to say without seeing the rest of the letter.
The sentence itself isn't libelous. But if the tenor of the letter leads to only one conclusion as to who the sentence describes, then it would be libelous.
I would certainly recommend against sending it.
