Road Rage Civil options

My son was involved in a high speed road rage incident. 90% of the chase by the two other vehicles was on 911 tape, and both other parties were arrested and plead guilty to Reckless driving. The finally boxed him in and did $3800 dollars damage to our vehicle, insurance is fixing, but both other drivers had no insurance or drivers license. Since there was to personal injury, can we go after them and the owners of the cars in Civil court. My son is in constant fear from them, or there friends.

Of course you can sue them, the owners of the cars and the parents of minor defendants. Consult an attorney regarding the facts of your case.
