Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Texas

My roommate's girlfriend lived under our apartment, but her name was not on the lease. She was staying with us just a few months. She made a copy of the key behind his back. They are now broken up. While she was living here, she brought a dog that ruined the carpet, chewed on walls, scratched on walls. I was paying the pet lease for my dog and a deposit because my dog is trained and did no damage. I am now going to lose the deposit because of her and she owes me and my roommate money. She claims that she is going to come and unlock our doors, take her stuff and furniture that she gave to us after telling us it was okay to sell our furniture. We do not want her in our home. All we ask is for her to come while we were going to be home so we can see what she takes and ask for our key back, but she chooses to take advantage of us going out of town to come. What are our choices? Can we call the police for trespassing? What are our legal options?

The first thing you should do is to get the property manager to change your locks.
